    - Laptop.
    - Phone.
    - Corporate Account.
    - Training whenever I want it.
    - Conferences almost whenever I want to go (Sessions last year, haha).
    - I had/have 32 days of straight up vacation this year.
    - 1/2 day Fridays during the Summer.
    - Huge windows so I can feel like I'm not in prison.
    - Actual fun people to work with.
