well, the thing i try to think when i see more than 3 digit repetition (not only on clocks, but license plates, or everywhere else) is that what you were thinking on the time you saw it is right.
and when you see an increasing or decreasing numbers (like 1:23, 2:34, or like 4:32) is that what you were thinking might be wrong, this is stronger, and harder to find, and "you might be wrong" is the thing.
and when i see something exponencial (like 1:48, 2:46) i think that not even the universe can tell me exacly what it is, or is just an error.
its like a message from the universe, it works some times, sometimes its just dull. its something like follow the white rabbit on the matrix movie hehe
of course this is just bullshit, but if you take it as a rule for your reality, it might work well. my 2 cents
