My boss has now decided – after a 40 year career as a designer – that, after looking at my Annual Report layout, that having a wider margin in the gutter than the fore-edge is wrong. It looks like a mistake. Despite my assurances that I had always done this, despite me reaching for my design text books, I have been doing it wrong for 15 years!
