Meh, basically a story of how my mom stayed home from work one day when i was 8 or 9 because my knees gave out after going to a weekend ski course. Like, i couldn't walk, just crawl around.
She never stayed home, she was a career woman; i was raised by a surrogate family for my first 10 years of life, mom would come and pick me up after work.
So anyways, that day she bought me comic books, made me lunch and we watched tv together, it was just really fun to spend time with her and not have her thinking about work or whatever.
Then i got all accusatory about her losing me in department stores etc because she was always thinking about something else. Going shopping with my mom is utter torture to this day. Anyways, nothing interesting really.

    • When you post it here, it sounds like little things. But the fact is that it all adds up when you endure it for years.Jaline
