the piece is ok imo. but the glow/light thing in the lower right corner does not integrate well. also the crows seem a bit like you took the same bird and just scaled/rotated it. maybe add another bird and finetune the lighting. also the clouds in the background don´t fit well. don´t know if it´s the colors or the contrast, or something else.
