    Breakfast 8:00 - 8:45 = 3 cups of coffee, 5 cigarettes (with my lil' coffee group)

    Lunch 12:15 - 12:45 (go home for lunch, play with my dog) = leftovers (good for me) or frozen thing (usually low cal thing) or pure crap (fast food)

    Dinner 7:30-9:00 = Usually home cookin', good for me but I eat too much or go out for burritos.

    Weekends = crap and tons of beer.

    • Do you really have 3 cups of coffee and 5 smokes in that 45 minute window ?_eh_
