Well truthfully Brains act differently if they can somehow allow that functionality not to change it might be ok otherwise you'll have alot of people looking decent but being dumb as bricks. That being said older people tend to be more mature and less volatile.... atleast as far as history is concerned maybe the world will be a better place.
