yeah, for a camera feed - not video conferencing.
its for a daft project at work, i had a webcam of my own streaming to my site before and it did like you said - posted up a jpeg to the site every second or whatever. i took it off the site though cos thought it was maybe using too much bandwidth allocation.
Just figured these days there might be some really easy solution. i guess theres probably more options for media servers.
