Medvedev halts military action in Georgia, war is over, back to status quo
And a good argument from the Abkhazian head of MID, hehe:
"In the last one hundred years Georgia has been an independent state for 21 years: from 1918 through 1921 and from 1990 to the present day. In this time it had time to unleash seven wars. On the basis of this experience Georgia should be deprived its army."
