    I need the help of you QBN fitness gurus! I'm working a lot these days and I don't have much time for the gym, so I'm going on a diet.

    I don't eat horribly, I just want to watch what I eat. When setting up a diet and trying to lost weight, how should I figure out the % of DV Reduction? I'm looking to lose between 15-20lbs, and I'll exercise when I can, but in terms of daily food intake, what should my % be reduced by?
