Finally, mrb says the first rational statement of this thread.
No there has AC really. And how can you say, "Stand under the shower" as a solution, as if that doesn't get in the way of the fact that people still have to go to work, walk around town, get food, go about their lives.
Only Kramer can stay in a shower all day, and he was able to do that only by installing a garbage disposal in the tub drain so he could prepare dinner in there! :D
