I do mean to pick you apart. This is the only way you make yourself better.
Being in a position to hire someone besides what P1XELFROG said which are very good suggestions. Your name SanDesign gives you a sense of NON DESIGN as in:

Your entry page is all over the place. You're trying to hard and mixing to many styles.
CLEAN IT UP.
The typography is just another beast. Horrible. Kerning is off and you're using to many type styles.
Take this the right way and you'll be better for it. This is not an attack on you personally.
