there is no authority. What about the woman who got pushed o nthe train track the other day for telling some yobs to stop smoking. Luckily she did not die. As a result people will be scared to tell off other youths in fear of the same actions, and the problem worsens. This problem needs to be tacked from all angles in order to fix it, Parenting, social responsibility and damn right bring back capital punishment.Whats this with ps3s in prizon. fuck!
