LOL. ukit... it's not about parties. It's about reason. Money should be on the streets. It's the only way people will pick it up, learn, and invest and take a chance. If it's all wind up in bank theories, people will be afraid of it because Banks are motherfuckers and you know that. You put money on people's hands economy blooms, you put money on banks, economy dwarfs. No secret there.
