I hope I'm not taking the steam out of your idea, but I just worked on developing an online photo gallery with a friend.
It's only been live for about a week so far, and the fact that it's limited to photography of Harrisburg means the artist base'll probably be small. I invite any NTers who photograph to get involved if they happen to pass through the dot on the map I call home.
