    do you know WHERE the billboard will be?
    if you do then do something clever relating to the location of the billboard.
    if you dont know where its going to be then just do something clever related to it actually being a billboard.

    i.e Billboards are put there so that you notice them. A funny and ironic thing would be some nice HUGE black helvetica bold type on a luminous pink background with the words "DON'T NOTICE ME" or something like that.

    now that kind of thing has the potential to win.

    that'll be £500 for that idea btw
