If you have the whole Final Cut studio suite and your clip is cut to the correct length (probably want fade ins/outs so the start and stop aren't so abrupt), you can just skip Final Cut and bring the quicktime directly into DVD studio Pro. Delete the blank menu in the graphical interface. Import your movie, drop it into the track. Mark the track as "First Play", then build and burn. This will automatically pay the clip as soon as the DVD is inserted and loaded into the player.
