Horizontal-scrolling sites are all well and good when they're designed to not scroll vertically too. The way you've done it makes it hard work for me to appreciate on my laptop screen here, and makes it look unthought and badly designed.
Also, I'd - as PonyBoy suggests - look into CSS - it'll make it a whole lot easier for you to edit things when the time comes.
On a personal note, I'm really not impressed by graffiti'ing other people's property, like you appear to have done. If I was your potential employer, that'd really put a negative spin on your character.
