I'm not too sure what to make of this.. the globe with it's glowing blobs in hip colours is a completly different feel from the rest of the site. The fonts used and the works look like it's a serious company, but things like the globe and the sheep send a mixed message.
You can go back to the globe for navigation by clicking on "choose region" (lower left), but it's pretty slow to have the globe come up again. I would prefer a direct navigation.
I took me too long to find the scrollbar to scroll sideways within the different 'regions'. And I didn't really like the subtle zoom effect on the thumbnails. I did however like how the scrollbar worked to navigate between projects. The transitions between projects also were alright.
like I said.. mixed feelings about this.
