Haha, dude, pee at an angle that is almost parallel to the edge of the urinal. Yes, stand almost sideways at the urinal, and allow everyone to see your schlong, schmedium or schlort.
Or, just, be more careful!
Did you grow too fast or something? Someone told me once, that pubescent teenagers suddenly can't aim so well, because they've gained height relatively quickly, and their perspective has been altered!
