    i guess a lot of you guys are younger than 28 cause a lot of these so called under-rated films were huge and gained a lot of popularity. i would have thought that under-rated meant that it kinda slipped under the radar and was missed for the gem it is? stuff like Falling Down and Point Break were probably the biggest films of that couple of years?!?
