Sigh, I've just watched a few episodes of SPACED series one. I loved SPACED, but it leaves me feeling melancholy. It highlights for me that I have devolved, not evolved. I used to be high powered, dynamic, riding the career ladder like a randy bitch on MDMA with a flaming snake nibbling her snatcharoo. One of my former work colleagues is in GQ this month being interviewed about his six years as creative director of Ben Sherman. I look at myself and think "Fuck, I walked away from that kind of career path opportunity to do my own thing and I still don't know where I'm going to go with it". I'm just drawing pictures and dreaming it will all happen for me one day, just like Tim from SPACED. Meanwhile he's the head of an international clothing brand.
Mind you, the cunt looks just like a cross between Bullet Baxter, Bill Oddie, and a demitarded child molester, so its not all goom and droom. At least I'm still a devilishly good looking rogue.
