    Alot of pubs we deal with only take 300 total ink.. which sucks, but to much total ink just floods the page...

    ..the ghetto correction is go swich to RGB (only 300 possible total ink)
    and then back to CMYK (which will then have only 300 total ink..)

    ...or try doing it visually and running a proof

    • dont listen to this, its wrong. There is no such thing as total ink when you are in RGB. WHen you convert back to CMYK It wont limit the ink to 300 unless you use a profile that is designed to do so.lumedia
