Yep. I have a LCD at work ... a 21" Dell and we have to put the resolution to 1600x1200 to have a crisp and clean image .... otherwise it look like a compressed jpg ... its weird. And also for web designing or for print design its not so good because the colors are cheated. the black is more present. and for web design dont have the right perception your clients and peoples will have with their normal display.
