    think the topic has turned more into where i work than my situation.

    i wasnt asking out of arrogance.........
    i was always going to talk to the director but wanted to know the best way about wording it whilst still coming out of the meeting with the idea that i havent burnt my bridges. so not having the balls isnt an issue. its simply about creating the best outcome for me

    the job is fine {other than the fact that i work with some stupid FUCKS} i just want 2 move on and have a bigger and better opportunity.

    wanted to know how other people tackled the same problem
