i went from austin > frisco > manhattan > willamsburgn brooklyn. I would say brooklyn is by far the best city in usa. austin was too conservative, frisco was burned out gays/tourists/ravers, manhattan too manhattan... but brooklyn is just right. and besides, the sexiest women in the worlds live there as well...
