I take it the spinning wheel thingammy is supposed to be an LP record? is the long gangly thingy the arm of the player?
You could try combining the disk idea and the type, like the circular part of the 'p' could be half a record maybe?
At the mo, it needs to be refined, but as bluejam wrote, hearing their style might get more comments as to what its right for the band.
