I would say San Diego,,,But if you want to buy , you are pretty much looking at $550K and up.

- STL is cheap. Used to live in Kirkwood. City is sketchy sometimes though.amongthemasses
- South city is safe. We're in Soha, a lot of cops live around here.gramme
