Ooft, I'd do 'something' with that header graphic.
Either tidy it up, so the colours are within the lines (remember colouring by numbers? :), and make it look CLEAN. Get some different stroke weights in, make more of that little-used dark grey shade, as a 50% shadow detail across the colours (with, perhaps an opposing 50% white shade for the hilight on the black colour blocks).
..Or muss it up more - I can see what effect you're going for, but you're not hitting it at all - you need to have the colour areas being less rigid and so formally 'outwith the lines'. Also, I'm not sure it works with the single-weight, clean and thin stroke you've used - I'd expect it to look more hand-made.
