they mean request to proof the piece as its being printed.. standard practice with an offset press but i've never been invited to do so with a digital print shop... ? would have to be a big job, but then if big why go digital.
from my experience double face registration with digital printing is what it is. Not consistent because its a sheet fed machine, lots of room for movement. but you get what you pay for, digi print is best for short order quickie jobs.
