I use these right now:
I'm sure they are not the best ones, but while still ugly, they are not as ugly as most shoes (to my taste at least) and they were under $50
And I'm no pro runner, so that is good enough for me. :)
I'm actually consider buying the same pair in a few months, I love that they almost feel like a sock
