friday was "Bele Chere" - a street festival in asheville that brings in 350,000 people. I typically avoid it but working downtown it is fun to watch the animal grow. Me and some friends from the building bought our beer bracelets at noon... Saturday was rough. My lady has been out of town all weekend so yesterday was spent lying on the couch with my dog, taking naps and drinking water. I'm glad that day is over. It is now Sunday morning. I feel refreshed, awake. What will today bring. There will be an awkward few moments a little later when my little street fills up with funeral traffic (neighbor across the street killed himself last week). Maybe that would be a good time to take the dog on a hike.
