my phone has been working poorly for awhile. everyone says i sound muffled so i dropped by the apple store to see about this. as they were testing it i suddenly remembered having taken it to the beach and all the sand that got in the speaker holes and me later with needle in hand .. plucking out the flakes of sand. i must've jammed them up further. oops.
but they gave me a new one anyway! ha. which is great since i can't replace the battery .. i've doubled my phone's life. :)
