3.5 hours. F that. I would go nuts. If you do have kids it sounds like you'd have no time for them. If you add up all the extra hours you'd save over time its gotta be worth it. Shame to leave a good job like that though. Have you ever asked if you could work from home X days per week to reduce commute time.
I think in one year you would save around 27 full days of time.
Sounds worth it to me.
