i admit. some of you have surprised me in this thread.
symbols lose their meanings... yea, this is true. . . after a few http://hundred years. not while the http://survivorshttp://arehttp://stillhttp://alive. no matter what it means in ancient cultures.
the confederate flag (old glory, not union jack) shouldn't be used in this discussion for making a case of "oh it's alright". there are tons of people in the south who are violently opposed to its use in our state flags. . . myself included. argue how you will. it isn't "just a flag" or "just a design". it means something. it means http://something powerful / http://awful.
if someone painted these symbols above my door, it would anger and frighten me. http://unbalancedhttp://peoplehttp://clinghttp://tohttp://thesehttp://symbols. you wanna make "good design"? make a new fucking symbol. stop using this shit and saying "it aint like that anymore." because it IS like that. neo-nazis, skinheads and other hate groups are all the proof you need.
now then. i ranted. not that it will affect anyone's viewpoint or make a difference, but it is the way that shit is in my eyes.
look at ya, ya done got me riled up after only a few monites of being awake. fuckers.
=)
