try to find out some information about the new agency, if you feel good about it...take the job:-)
consider that saving 2.5 hours a day means a lot, specially if you have family...and you sound like you will soon have family (got married, bought a house,...time for babies!)
IMO, I wouldnt be afraid of change. But do some research on the new job first! avoid being disapointed!
