much better, I would say two things though, request a call back needs its box more defined because the red swoosh looks weird without a more defined box restraining it. Also I think it may look nicer if you put a rounded box around the navigation links below the big main flash content box, but only have the box rounded on the bottom so it joins the rounded box at the top as if it is an extension of the above box....
