Mojo, I think the sites not bad, here's what I would change:
1) The header is nice so leave that or tweak it a bit (maybe change the background color a bit) but I would get rid of the center image of the guy jumping and replace that with a real image of a person jumping or something? Just looks wrong with two images of people jumping.
2) Is the navigation going to change for the sub pages or will there always be a large image area then the navigation on the left of that image? Not sure if you want to add the navigation on the top?
3) The 3 content area under the main image are just floating and they don't really do it for me, if you add some image to that then that could work better then they do now.
