The lettering in the banner doesn't pop enough and there needs to be some horizontal flow besides the words, maybe an underline or something of the like.
The stripes in the botom three butons look kinda like coca-cola waves. Make Icons for the bottom three buttons that resemble the styling of the symbol at the top while incorporating the subject of the link into the icon.
