    Too much gimmicky design. Gradients, watermarking, shadows. Looks like a supplied template from word. What is the target here? Looks like a retirement home site. Maybe a Bank of America knock off. Is this your first concept? Too many repeat elements and no true hierarchy. Its hard to critique if you dont really know what the scope is. These are just some of my first reactions.
