I'm not sure if you are updating your portfolio for job search, or just for independent freelancer, but just look at job posts, a lot of companies want Flash designers, regardless if they know what they are asking for, and regardless of what the trends are today.
I've noticed a lot of good agency sites complete in Flash, but the trick is, you almost don't know it was done in Flash at first glance.
So, showcase your knowledge of Flash that way.
