London: 48 minutes each way if the trains/tube are running properly. Otherwise, it's about 1hr and 20min each way.
A Zone 1-3 Oyster travelcard costs me £132 (US$260)
Worst I ever had was a 2 hour drive each way from Hoboken NJ to Bedminster NJ up I-78. Most dangerous road I've ever been on!
