It really depends:
if you are good enough to have enough clients (and since you've started a business) no need to go fulltime in some agency.On the other hand i found that freelancing here in London is dam easy/comfortable: basically you are working in an agency without being hired fulltime, and paid quite well!
A fulltime job in an agency is definitely another pair of sleeves. but is very tiring and stressful, depending on the workload/staff relationship that the agency has. But well, yeah, you get stable income, benefits bonuses etc etc.
And then there is the corporate in-house position: 9-5, mon to fri, good money but not-so-creative jobs.
