    generally, legally speaking:

    It is not a public place per se, because there are bouncers all over keeping order and kicking suckas out, so you don't have blanket permission to take pictures willy nilly. But the people who decide the policy is the club, not the attendees.

    She didn't have a right to destroy your pictures, which is your property. If you were to use her image for commercial purposes, then she would have a right to shut you down.

    then again, I ain't no lawyer, so don't listen to me.
