Two and a half weeks after 3 and a half years? Huh.
I hope you pick up some new work easily - as others have said, fight the urge to be angry with them, if you were there that long, it must've been a hard decision for them to take. Besides, there might always be the prospect of lucrative freelance work for them, to fill in their skills gap in the short-term.
