* Make thumbnails visible at once. The rollover is redundant.
* Reconsider the empty boxes that are visible in the background. To me they make the site look unfinished.
* Reconsider the background letters that swipe in from the left. I'm not keen about the effect and it seems to serve no purpose that a real title wouldn't do better.
* Speaking of title, use the <title></title> properly. It's nicer to have a usefull browsing history, than a load of anonymous '2detail'.
* Emphasize the links on each subpage more clearly. I almost overlooked the links under the photos in the About section. Make links recognisable.
* I'd consider making the site look a bit lighter, as I think it looks a bit too grave.
