  If you have already provided/supplied your work and if it is online just take it off = no money no work.
  If it is a work you have done and he has it....well, try to locate his work place or address then e-mail him the invoice saying that you want the cash rapidly but if no answer....it will be hard. Never trust anyone in business and always ask for a deposit and payment in front. Had this issue in the past.
