Perhaps my point was that it has already been done, the exact feature has been implemented on a page already (not just Davis site). That's why, as typed, I thought it reminded me of something I've seen before.
But that doesn't necessarly mean that it's bad site.
Look, you asked for personal opinions, and that's what you got. While everyone praises the nice work, it might be useful to hear some critizism too. After all, that is what you came for, wasn't it?
