  here if a white person at my school says it, and he/she wants to be or is from the bad part of town, no one cares
  if a white person is from the rich part of town and says it, then everyone seems to jump the person

  if a black person says it, no one cares
  if a latino says it, regardless of it, it varies.

  now if any other race says it, they get slapped in the wrist.
