Worked on this one for a friend of mine, only problem I had was that it had to be 8.5x11 for full colour on all pages, I think it would have turned out better in pocketbook size, but we needed the images in colour. It Cost about 100 bucks (for a barcode number) if you want to sell your book retail, and a few more for their sales package.
All and all it was pretty straightforward.
